With a number of important technology and systems initiatives ahead, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to work that will improve and modernise how we operate. From defining requirements and mapping processes through to testing, implementation and ongoing system support, you’ll help ensure the solutions we put in place deliver what the business and our people need.

  • At least seven years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience working with ERP and supporting systems, including databases, data structures, reporting, extracts and data manipulation
  • Experience analysing business needs and translating them into clear requirements and workable solutions
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • A practical, customer-focused approach and an interest in improving systems and processes
