Job Title: Business Analyst – GenAI (Insurance Domain)

Work Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)

Role Summary

Technical Skills Primary

• Business Analyst on technology delivery at least 3 in Agile teams
• Proven ownership of intake change control and backlog for multiple teams
• Handson use of Gen AI tools to build prototypes not only to write documents
• Strong user story and acceptance criteria writing process mapping BPMN or similar
• Daily use of Jira boards
• Confident facilitating senior business stakeholders and saying no with reasons
• Be the single front door and gatekeeper for every new request and change request coming into AI delivery pods
• Turn business problems into prioritized ready to build user stories validate them early with Gen AI prototypes and keep the delivery board clean and trusted

Technical Skills Secondary not mandatory

• PC insurance experience ideally underwriting or claims
• Requirements work on AI ML or agentic products
• Working SQL to explore data in Snowflake
• CBAP PMIPBA CSPO or SAFe POPM certification

Soft skills

• As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
