Business Analyst - GL Domain

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Officer level Business Analyst to manage GL-related banking IT projects. Responsibilities include planning, analysis, documentation, testing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate and document GL business requirements.
• Support user-side project tasks, documentation, and training.
• Design system workflows and conduct UAT support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal users on system migration.

Qualifications

Master's degree, preferably in Science or IT.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in GL/accounting processes in banking.
• Knowledge of chart of accounts, GAAP, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Strong communication and international coordination skills.
