Business Analyst – Growth

We’re looking for a sharp Business Analyst – Growth to help us identify, size, and execute opportunities that can accelerate customer growth and revenue.
This role will sit at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, CRM, Product, Category, and Business, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to turn data into actionable decisions.

What you’ll own:

• Deep-dive into customer funnels, acquisition, retention, frequency, and repeat behaviour
• Identify growth levers across channels, customer segments, and categories
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key business and growth metrics
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and quantify their incremental impact and ROI
• Partner with Performance Marketing on metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and overall growth efficiency
• Analyse category and merchandising performance to uncover opportunities
• Build data-backed business cases for new initiatives and experiments
• Develop forecasts for traffic, orders, revenue, and other key business metrics
• Bring together insights and recommendations for regular business reviews with leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Growth or Strategy
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into clear business actions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
