Business Analyst (HR system)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale HR systems transformation project within a leading retail group.

The role will work closely with HR, business and technology teams to enhance and implement HR platforms across areas such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Digital Rostering and other HRIS functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and operational stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
• Support HR system implementation, enhancement and integration
• Work closely with technology teams, vendors and business users throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and documentation
• Support system testing, UAT, issue tracking and implementation
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets

Requirements

• Around 4–6+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Hands-on experience working on HR systems / HRIS projects

• Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

  • Payroll systems
  • Time & Attendance systems
  • Digital Rostering / Workforce Scheduling
  • Other HR technology platforms

• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

• Fluent Mandarin and English required

• Cantonese / trilingual capability would be a strong advantage
