Business Analyst - HR Tech SaaS

Context

Collective.work is building an AI agent that automates recruiting workflows—from sourcing and screening to outreach and coordination. The company operates at the intersection of:

• HR tech ($20B+ market)
• AI agents
• Workflow automation

The mission is to shift repetitive recruiting work from humans to software, enabling faster, higher-quality hiring.

Missions

• Analyze product usage and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics (activation, conversion, retention)
• Quantify and communicate ROI for customers (e.g., time-to-hire reduction)
• Support sales with data-driven insights and materials
• Work with product teams to prioritize features based on user behavior
• Structure and analyze experiments (pricing, onboarding, features)
• Improve internal processes through data and automation

Tools & Environment

• Excel/Sheets, SQL (Python is a plus)
• BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• CRM/product tools (e.g., HubSpot)

Working Conditions

• Location: Brussels (hybrid: remote + in-person)

1. 2–5 years experience in business analysis, consulting, data, or strategy roles
2. Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, SQL; Python is a plus)
3. Ability to translate data into clear business insights
4. Comfortable working across teams (product, sales, ops)
5. Interest in AI, SaaS, and the future of work
6. Based in or near Brussels, open to hybrid setup
7. Bonus: Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
8. Bonus: Familiarity with CRM/product tools (e.g. HubSpot)
9. Bonus: Exposure to HR tech or recruiting workflows
