Business Analyst - HYBRID

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech.(non-negotiable)

Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design for system development and enhancement projects. (non-negotiable)

Strong experience in preparing and maintaining:

• Business Requirements Documents (BRD) (non-negotiable)
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD) (non-negotiable)
• Process Flow Diagrams (non-negotiable)
• Business Process Documentation (non-negotiable)

Experience in analyzing and improving business processes to support digital transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience collaborating with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Post Go-Live activities, including test scenario and test case review. (non-negotiable)

Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize deliverables while ensuring project scope and timelines are maintained.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions and present solutions to business stakeholders.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration/documentation platforms.

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis is an advantage.
