Business Analyst-Hybrid Work Setup

• Gather and analyze business requirements for system development and transformation.
• Design and improve business processes aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, estimates, and team escalations.
• Develop and secure sign-off for Business Requirements and Functional Specification Documents.
• Support SIT/UAT test scenarios, issue resolution, and business-user coordination.
• Provide support during SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities.
• Manage escalated issues and ensure systems meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT Business Analyst experience, preferably in Banking, Lending, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD, FSD, process flows, and business process documentation.
• Experience supporting SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities.
• Strong business process analysis, solution design, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with business users, developers, QA teams, project managers, and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; basic SQL is an advantage.
• Consumer finance, digital lending, banking operations, or financial services experience is required.
• Third-party vendor management experience and experience leading/mentoring junior BAs are required.
