• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, and customer success to help translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support business cases.
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation, such as requirement specifications, process maps, and user stories.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and project teams.
• Support testing and validation of new features, products, or system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the sales, operation team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support analysis of the customer journey from onboarding to adoption, engagement, and feedback.
• Assist in gathering and structuring customer feedback to identify recurring themes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Help document customer touchpoints and work with the CS team to improve customer experience.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis methods, process mapping, or requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, Power BI (a plus but not required).
• Hands-on experience in business analysis and digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to real-world problem solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
