Business Analyst Intern

About the role

You will work alongside experienced analysts on live discovery and documentation assignments. The role is designed to build practical judgement: asking the right questions, finding gaps and writing requirements that delivery teams can use.

What you will do

• Join stakeholder interviews and capture decisions, assumptions and open questions.
• Draft BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and meeting notes under review.
• Map current and future processes using BPMN or structured flowcharts.
• Support requirement traceability, UAT preparation and documentation quality checks.

Eligibility and education

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Available for the full six-month internship and able to work from the Ghaziabad office on agreed days.
• Strong written and spoken English; academic or personal project work may substitute for prior employment.

Required skills

• Structured problem-solving and careful written communication.
• Working knowledge of process mapping and common office productivity tools.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar business domains and ask clear follow-up questions.

Good to have

• Exposure to BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, Visio or draw.io.
• A sample requirements document, process map or case-study assignment.
