Business Analyst Intern

About the Role

We are looking for curious MBA graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of Business, Process, Product, Technology and AI.

You will work with experienced Business Analysts, Product teams and business stakeholders to understand real business problems, analyze processes and explore technology- and AI-enabled solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Learn and understand business processes and domain concepts.
• Participate in process discovery and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
• Support business requirement gathering and analysis.
• Help convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria with guidance.
• Analyse business data to identify patterns, gaps and opportunities.
• Support UAT and solution validation.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams.
• Learn and apply Business Analysis, BPMN and Agile practices.
• Explore how AI, GenAI and automation can improve business processes and decision-making.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and problem-solving.
• Participate in identifying opportunities to improve existing business processes and products.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA graduate, preferably in Operations / Business Analytics / Systems / Finance / Marketing or related areas.
• Strong analytical and structured-thinking ability.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about how businesses, processes and products work.
• Ability to ask good questions and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Comfortable working with data and learning technology concepts.
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to work across different business domains.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation and digital products.
• Comfortable experimenting with modern AI tools and exploring practical business use cases.
• Interest in the intersection of Business + Process + Product + Technology + AI.
