What you will do:

• Analyze business, customer, and portfolio data to generate actionable insights.
• Perform Funnel Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work with bureau and transactional data to evaluate customer behavior and portfolio performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and business analysis.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor KPIs and support strategic business decisions through data.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Business, and Operations teams on real-world projects.
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

What we are looking For:

• Strong SQL knowledge (Mandatory) – Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregate Functions & Analytical Queries.
• Good understanding of Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Funnel Analysis & RCA.
• Hands-on experience with Excel; Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with data and solving business challenges.
