Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Pune City, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from internal teams and clients, helping translate business needs into actionable insights. Daily tasks include supporting business process mapping, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to data-driven recommendations for improvements and growth strategies. The role involves collaborating with consultants, technology teams, and marketing professionals to understand business challenges, conduct basic research, and help validate proposed solutions. The intern will also participate in meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and support ongoing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and clarify stakeholder needs.
• Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Familiarity with consulting, technology, or digital business environments is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune, manage time effectively, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
