Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and assisting in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Daily tasks include analyzing data and workflows, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, development, and operations. The intern will help translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and contribute to testing and validation of technology solutions. The role also involves participating in meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting project coordination to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and clarify needs.
• Understanding of Business Process concepts, including process mapping and optimization.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, writing clear documentation, and presenting findings.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics or diagramming tools is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a team-oriented environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Interest in technology-driven business solutions, software products, and process improvement.
