About the Role

We are looking for highly analytical, curious, and resourceful individuals who enjoy solving challenging problems, questioning assumptions, and finding better ways to do things.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with different teams across Marham to identify business challenges, analyze information, test ideas, and develop solutions that create measurable business impact.

This is not a routine internship focused on administrative tasks. You will work on real business problems, run structured experiments, and see how your ideas translate into actual results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems: Understand challenges across different business functions and investigate their root causes.
• Analyze data and information: Research problems, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Develop hypotheses: Form logical assumptions about why a problem exists and what could solve it.
• Design and run experiments: Test potential solutions through structured experiments with clearly defined success metrics.
• Measure business impact: Evaluate experiment results and determine whether the proposed solutions improved outcomes.
• Recommend solutions: Present evidence-based recommendations to improve business performance, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with business, operations, growth, product, and other functions to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Document learnings: Communicate findings clearly, including what worked, what did not, and what should happen next.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidates who have completed O/A Levels or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
• A natural curiosity to understand why problems occur and how things can be improved.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable parts.
• Comfort working with numbers, patterns, research, and evidence.
• Creative thinking combined with practical judgment.
