What You’ll Work On:

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Participate in user requirement workshops
• Draft user stories, business flows, and documentation
• Conduct user interviews with guidance from seniors

Testing & Training

• Assist in system testing (UAT)
• Help run user training sessions and workshops (virtual / onsite when needed)

You’ll learn by doing, not just observing.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related
• Strong interest in business processes, systems, and problem solving
• Able to think logically and communicate ideas clearly
• Comfortable with basic tools (e.g. documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides)
• Curious, open-minded, and willing to learn (Shoshin mindset)
• Takes ownership, asks good questions, and looks for solutions (There’s Always A Way)
• A team player who collaborates and supports others (Never Walk Alone)
