Business Analyst Invest

Context

For a mission at BNP Paribas Fortis, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Investment Team.

The role focuses on transactional investment processes (orders, payments, securities flows) and aims to ensure knowledge continuity, especially in a context of upcoming retirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support investment processes (orders, payments, transactions)

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements

• Ensure knowledge transfer and process continuity

• Identify and implement improvements in workflows and systems

• Document processes, initiatives, and changes

🔹 Junior Business Analyst (2–3 years experience)

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or operations

• Interest in financial markets and investments

• Willingness to learn trading and payment flows

• Curious, proactive, and analytical mindset

🔹 Senior Business Analyst (5+ years – Plug & Play)

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets

• Background in BNY Mellon, Euroclear, or similar is a plus

• Solid knowledge of securities and trading flows

• Autonomous and able to be operational quickly
