Business Analyst (IT)

• Gather requirements process from business and users.
• Interacting with end uses on clarifying requirements and issues.
• Providing possibilities of the solutions /options on the issues encountered to end-users.
• Undertake end-to-end business workflow, data flow diagram, system/application specifications, and system design.
• Working with system analyst/developer to access changes and implementations.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
• Performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with users.
• Handle and conduct user documentation and user training.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields.
• Knowledge of the banking industry or banking products would be an advantage.
• 5-8 years of work experience as a business analyst.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
