Business Analyst (IT Programmer)

PinjamNow runs consumer financing end to end on its own system, CLMS: telesales, credit assessment, documentation, disbursement, collections and reporting. You will sit between the business teams and the developers, turning how the business works into clear requirements, and making sure what we ship actually fixes the problem.

• Work with Telesales, Credit, Documentation, Finance and Management to map current processes and find where time, money or accuracy is lost.
• Write requirements the developers can build from: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and screen notes, kept in Jira.
• Own the backlog with the tech lead: size requests, set priority with the business, and split large asks into deliverable pieces.
• Run user acceptance testing on the staging system, log defects with clear steps, and sign off releases with the business owner.
• Build and maintain operational reports: application funnel, approval and disbursement turnaround, telesales call KPIs, collections ageing.
• Pull and check data with SQL to answer business questions and validate figures before they reach management.
• Document how the system works (business rules, status flows, product and charge settings) so staff and auditors can rely on it.
• Support rollouts: brief users on changes, collect feedback in the first weeks, and feed it back into the backlog.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
