Business Analyst – IT Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and evolution of complex IT solutions within an international environment.

The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, structured and translated into actionable system requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and structure business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical and development teams.
• Coordinate with business, technical and architecture stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce process flows, functional models and system documentation using appropriate modelling techniques.
• Analyse dependencies and integration requirements between applications and technical components.
• Support testing, implementation, documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex IT environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UML and process/system modelling techniques.
• Experience with modelling or design tools such as Enterprise Architect, ARIS or equivalent.
• Good understanding of relational databases and application integration concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
