• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Application Modernization.

• Strong capability in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to guide software development.

• Experience in translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery.

• Ability to assess and improve existing applications to enhance performance and maintainability. Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
