Job Description:

• Handle business analysis projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

• Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications

• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop: a. BRS/Functional specs b. Work breakdown and timelines in alignment

• Manage and prioritize multiple BRS/Functional specs simultaneously.

• Provide business analysis and quality assurance support to development and testing teams during build, testing and implementation phases.

  • a. RTM maintenance
  • b. Data mapping support/Build support
  • c. Clarification Log/Issue log/Risk log/Change log

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.

• Create presentations, collaborate and present to key stakeholders (may include stakeholders in senior positions (e.g., directors))

• Plan, create, execute and manage system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes.

  • a. Prepare test plans and define SIT/UAT scenarios aligned with approved requirements.
  • b. Create detailed test cases, test scripts and test data mapped to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • c. Execute and document SIT, functional, integration, regression and UAT-related tests.
  • d. Support defect triage, retesting, status tracking and reporting.
  • e. Facilitate go/no-go recommendations and secure testing/UAT sign-off.
