Business Analyst - Leuven

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit and limitless pro-activity to help our customers in the digital transformation of their business with management software unmatched in simplicity and flexibility.

The office in Leuven is run by Camille and Nils, and they are looking for talented people to help them in this mission.

Nalios also has offices in Lille in France, Lausanne in Switzerland and Namur in Belgium, where our head office is located.
We also work directly with our clients and sometimes travel abroad for ad hoc assignments.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping your customers implement their Odoo projects from A to Z.

After an intense onboarding period, you will soon be given full independence and responsibility over a your projects. You will also work in teams on larger projects, so you will learn a lot in a short time.

What you can expect in this role:

• Analyse your customers' functional requirements and translate them into optimal solutions

• Propose a project plan in line with your analysis and implement this plan

• Gaining the trust of your customers with your sound business and functional advice

• Make your customer as autonomous as possible with their new solution

• Organise the long-term follow-up of your customer portfolio, keeping in mind our service excellence

• Exchange ideas with your colleagues about your projects and identify best practice

Requirements

• A university degree or an atypical career path - demonstrating incredible experience and skills

• You recently graduated or have a first proffesional experience. 
  Senior profiles are only considered if there is a proven exerperience with Odoo. 

• Provide an excellent service to your customers while adapting your teaching methods to suit the person you are dealing with

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English

• A leadership personality, proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

• The desire to learn every day and to adapt constantly and rapidly

Nice to have

It's far from essential, but if that's your case, it's no bad thing. 

• Experience in IT Project Management & knowledge of programming languages;

• Experience in Business Analysis.
