Business Analyst (M&A Integration)

Project Manager – M&A Integration (Financial Services) | Contract | London, Hybrid

A leading UK financial services organisation has completed an acquisition and is now integrating the acquired business. A small, experienced team is being put together to support the senior lead running the business-side integration, and we're looking for a Project Manager to keep the programme on track.

This is a hands-on delivery role in a team of four, working closely with the integration lead and stakeholders across business, risk, finance and operations.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining the integrated plan across Day 1, TSA and operating model workstreams
• Running the RAID log and chasing owners through to closure
• Tracking milestones and dependencies across business, risk, finance and operations
• Preparing steering committee packs, status reports and decision papers for the integration lead
• Running programme governance: meeting cadence, actions and change control
• Coordinating Day 1 readiness checks and the go/no-go process
• Directing the day-to-day work of a small BA team

What we're looking for

• Project management experience on at least one M&A integration in financial services
• Business-side integration experience: Day 1, TSAs, operating model, risk and governance
• Strong governance and reporting skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and committees
• Comfortable supporting a senior lead who owns the strategy and key relationships
• Desirable: experience of a Part VII business transfer or legal entity integration
