Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support CRM transformation initiatives based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 . The role involves gathering and defining business requirements, managing functional backlogs, facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, and supporting solution validation and UAT activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Model and document business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the functional backlog.
• Coordinate with development, architecture, and testing teams.
• Support the functional design of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Participate in UAT and functional testing activities.
• Monitor and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through development and validation.
