Business Analyst (Mid-level)

About the role

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams. Support the delivery of projects throughout the SDLC, from requirements gathering through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IT and business initiatives
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams
• Support the delivery of projects throughout the SDLC, from requirements gathering through implementation
• Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities
• Monitor requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout project delivery
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions between business and technical stakeholders
• Support change management activities and ensure requirements remain aligned with project objectives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or a similar role
• Proven experience gathering and analyzing requirements for IT or software projects
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience creating functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
