Business Analyst (Mid-Level Data Visualization & Data Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, reports, and visualizations.
• Query, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation and potential adoption of Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and dashboard performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Knowledgeable in SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Experience or working knowledge of Google BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and KPI development.
• Experience with Power Query, and data modeling is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and deliver dashboards with minimal supervision.
