Business Analyst, Operations Transformation

What the role is ? In this role, you will play a key role to support operational transformation and uplift customer/user experience and operational efficiency by partnering closely with managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for deliverables.

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational pain points to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and improvement insights.
• Collect, and document business requirements for operational and transformation projects; develop business cases for process enhancement and automation initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting insurance operations.
• Support end-to-end project delivery by developing and maintaining project plans, scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies and documentation.
• Track progress against milestones, identify risks/issues early, and propose mitigation actions.
• Monitor project performance and outcomes via agreed KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Support training, communications, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and benefit realization.
• Optimize resource allocation by coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate changes seamlessly into BAU operations.

What we look for ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on operations-related projects of life insurance.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and translating requirements into delivery plans.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
