Business Analyst – Oracle ERP Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementation and upgrade projects.

The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional design, integration coordination, data migration support, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on multiple full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, with strong functional knowledge in billing and taxation. Experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain and Agile/Scrum delivery environments will be highly relevant.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Functional Design

• Lead business workshops to understand and document complex business processes.
• Gather functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Map business processes to Oracle ERP capabilities.
• Prepare detailed functional design documents.
• Create user stories, process flows, and data flows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to validate requirements.

Integration & Data Migration

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and support integration workflows between Oracle ERP and legacy/external applications.
• Analyze integration requirements and business data flows.
• Support data migration activities and data validation.
• Participate in integration testing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in integration solutions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and document functional test cases and scenarios.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to resolve testing issues.
• Validate application functionality against approved business requirements.
• Support regression testing and defect closure.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Perform root-cause analysis for functional and implementation issues.
• Investigate application configuration and data-related problems.
• Audit and validate data integrity.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting billing accuracy.
• Support troubleshooting of underperforming implementations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution of complex issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, QA teams, and project leadership.
• Communicate functional requirements and implementation decisions clearly.
• Track open issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions.
• Support delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
