Business Analyst ( Payroll )

Analyze HR & payroll processes and requirements.
Gather and document business requirements.
Coordinate with other teams.
Prepare payroll & HR analytics reports.
Identify process gaps & suggest improvements
Support HRMS implementation and optimization

Required Candidate profile

Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and HRMS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2–7 yrs of exp as a Business Analyst in HR & Payroll.
