BUSINESS ANALYST – POS / RETAIL SYSTEMS (Project-based)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in POS and Retail Systems to support retail technology implementations, system enhancements, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis skills and hands-on experience in POS implementation, requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Map business processes and translate retail operations needs into functional requirements.
• Coordinate POS integration with ERP, inventory, payment processing, CRM, and loyalty systems.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support implementation activities, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Strong background in POS implementation and retail systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, stakeholder management, SIT, and UAT.
• Knowledge of POS-to-ERP integration, inventory management, payment processing, CRM/loyalty integration, master data, and reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end POS implementation or major system upgrades.
• Exposure to multi-store retail deployments, particularly across 100+ stores.
• Understanding of retail store operations, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
