Business Analyst - Private Banking

Job Requirements Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business

Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis,

Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, preferably within a highly rated international

bank.

• Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management

initiatives, and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.

Required Special Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
• Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
• Personal integrity and self-management.
• Planning, organising, and analytical ability.
• Results oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, process modelling, and stakeholder

• Good understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital

Wealth capabilities.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into

practical solutions and recommendations.
