JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting business projects and initiatives from planning and implementation through post implementation and sustainability under the Business Excellence and Solutions Team. This includes projects with or without automation.

The role involves developing realistic project schedules, collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across cross functional teams. The Business Analyst monitors progress, manages risks, tracks action items, and addresses gaps to ensure successful delivery within time, scope, and quality expectations.

The Business Analyst works closely with MAT members, subject matter experts, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to analyze, map, and document business processes. The role also focuses on gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into clear and user friendly procedures and work instructions aligned with the implemented systems or solutions.

In addition, the Business Analyst provides regular progress updates to stakeholders and steering committees, measures project success, and builds strong working relationships across all teams involved. The role may also serve as a project team member and provide support to the BES Project Consultant when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field
• Minimum of at least 2 years role in Business Process, retail industry, or related field.
