Business Analyst (Procurement)

BA – Procurement | JD & JQ

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Procurement and Disbursement.
• Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.
• Support ERP implementation, replacement, and upgrade projects.
• Identify process gaps and recommend process improvements and optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Support projects involving dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Assist in requirements documentation, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Participate in and support BA Procurement Workshops.

Job Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

• Strong hands-on background in Procurement processes.

• Actual project experience involving Procurement, Finance, and/or Disbursement.

• Experience in ERP implementation, replacement, or upgrade projects is highly preferred.

• Experience developing As-Is and To-Be processes.

• Knowledge or experience in business process optimization/improvement.

• Experience with any of the following systems:

  • SAP Ariba
  • SAP Procurement
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Oracle Fusion
  • Oracle NetSuite
  • SAP Grow

• Exposure to dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.

• Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• BA Procurement Workshop is required.
