Business Analyst - Procurement

About the role

This role involves analyzing procurement and finance business processes, requirements, and operational workflows. You will gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for procurement and ERP-related projects, and participate in ERP implementation, system replacement, migration, and upgrade projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze procurement and finance business processes, requirements, and operational workflows
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for procurement and ERP-related projects
• Participate in ERP implementation, system replacement, migration, and upgrade projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system implementers to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Identify opportunities for business process optimization, operational efficiency, and workflow improvements
• Support the development and enhancement of dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting solutions
• Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommend improvements, and assist in solution validation and testing
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and process documentation
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure requirements are properly translated into functional solutions

About you

• Strong background in Procurement and related business processes
• Substantial experience in IT, business analysis, systems implementation, or enterprise application projects
• Actual hands-on experience handling finance-related projects, particularly in procurement, financial planning, or disbursement
• Experience with one or more of the following enterprise systems: SAP Ariba, SAP Procurement, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Grow
• Experience in ERP implementation, system replacement, migration, or upgrade projects
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience in business process optimization and operational improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with dashboards, data analytics, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP modernization projects
