Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Support project implementation, testing and user training.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
• Assist in presentations, meetings and business development activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Account Servicing or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Experience in IT, AI, digital transformation or government projects is an advantage.
