What you’ll do

You'll work closely with enterprise customers to understand how their business operates and help them get the most out of Facilio. You will understand customer needs, translate them into practical solutions, and drive the functional side of implementation — using AI and automation to make delivery faster and more scalable.

• Lead customer discovery: Conduct workshops and discussions with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Translate needs into solutions: Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements, workflows, and solution designs that align with Facilio's product capabilities.
• Make sound solutioning decisions: Understand what can be addressed through existing product capabilities, configuration, process changes, or product enhancements. Identify gaps and work with the right teams to resolve them.
• Drive functional implementation: Own the business analysis side of onboarding, from requirements and scope definition through functional validation, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Use AI to accelerate delivery: Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, requirement analysis, test-case creation, and other implementation activities, focusing your time on customer understanding, solution quality, and decision-making.
• Work across teams: Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to clarify requirements, address functional gaps, and keep customer implementations moving.
• Enable customer adoption: Help customers understand how to use Facilio to support their workflows, and facilitate training and knowledge transfer where needed.
• Improve how we implement: Identify recurring customer requirements and implementation challenges, and help build reusable workflows, documentation, and solution patterns that make future implementations more efficient.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong business analysis skills: Able to understand business processes, ask probing questions, uncover underlying needs, and translate them into clear requirements.
• Customer-facing confidence: Comfortable conducting workshops, engaging with customer stakeholders, clarifying expectations, and communicating solutions clearly.
• Functional problem-solving: Able to connect business requirements with product capabilities, identify gaps, and think through practical solutions rather than simply documenting what the customer asks for.
• Product mindset: Understands the importance of balancing customer needs with product limitations, implementation effort, and scalable solutions.
• Structured execution: Comfortable with requirement documentation, workflow mapping, functional testing, UAT, and implementation coordination.
• AI-first mindset: Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to automate repetitive work, improve the quality of deliverables, and work more efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration: Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
