Business Analyst - Python

Role overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Python) with 3-4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with Python, and excellent communication and client-facing skills.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making for technical projects.

Experience with AI technologies and platforms, especially Voice AI will be highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Work closely with the development team to define and document functional and technical requirements
• Use Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation to support business and operational decision-making
• Create and maintain process documentation, data flow diagrams, and user stories
• Conduct feasibility studies, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligning with client expectations
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate deliverables against business requirements
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
• Deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders as needed

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or integration tasks
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction

Good to Have

• Experience with AI technologies and platforms (Voice AI preferred)
• Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), or data visualization tools
• Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or process automation
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
