Business Analyst – Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and process workshops with global stakeholders.
• Translate manufacturing quality processes into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, data migration, system integrations, and business acceptance.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to implement and enhance QMS capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, QMS, PLM, ERP, or enterprise workflow programs.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, NCR, APQP/PPAP, SPC, Supplier Quality, Quality Audits, Document Control, 8D/RCA, Gage Management, Complaints, and Warranty.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with requirements management, functional documentation, UAT, and Agile methodologies.
