Business Analyst – Requirements & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients, users, and development teams. The role focuses on analyzing existing systems, gathering and documenting requirements, creating test scenarios, and supporting SIT and UAT to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing system behavior, code, and documentation to understand functionalities and workflows
• Gather and document requirements in System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Conduct workshops and discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Translate system behavior and business requirements into clear and structured documentation
• Coordinate with developers to ensure requirements and system design are aligned
• Create Test Suites based on documented requirements
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate system functionality
• Investigate, document, and track defects
• Work closely with developers to identify root causes and resolve issues
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on experience in business requirements analysis and documentation
• Experience creating SRS and Test Suites
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze existing system behavior and translate findings into clear requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and testing activities
