Business Analyst – Strategy & R&D

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive our Research & Development (R&D) and growth strategies. In this role, you will focus on market research, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and data-driven strategy to uncover commercial opportunities and guide executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and trend research to evaluate potential business opportunities, test R&D hypotheses, and track industry shifts.
• Perform competitor benchmarking, monitor market positioning, and execute detailed gap analyses to uncover unmet market needs.
• Evaluate existing product performance, track user adoption trends, and identify areas for product enhancements or strategic pivots.
• Analyze operational and commercial datasets to build analytical frameworks, identify performance patterns, and present actionable findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic consulting.
• Market trend forecasting, competitive intelligence, product performance analysis, and gap analysis.
• Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive briefs and strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
