Overview:

You will work closely with Business Associate and business leaders to support key strategic initiatives, conduct research, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

*Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decisions.

*Support the development of business plans, performance dashboards, reports, and presentations.

*Support internal and external analysis such as competitor research, market trends, and SWOT studies.

*Help monitor strategic project progress using KPIs and OKRs.

*Work with cross-functional teams to support research and planning activities.

*Maintain and update documents, trackers, and planning tools used by the strategy team.

*Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh perspectives during strategic planning.

*Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing strategy projects.

*Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership review.

Candidate Profile:

*1–2 years of experience (internships or project work in business analysis/strategy a plus).

*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

(MBA freshers from Premium colleges.)

*Strong analytical and research skills.

*Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace.

*Eagerness to learn about business strategy and operations.

*Self-starter with good time management and communication skills.

*Curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset are a must.
