Business Analyst Telecom

Telecom BA OSS/BSS and Customer OperationsRole objectiveProvide telecom domain expertise throughout solution design, development, integration, testing and deployment, ensuring the product accurately reflects telecom workflows and business requirements.
Key responsibilities

• Translate telecom business needs into workflows and user stories
• Guide OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, order management, and service assurance requirements
• Define business rules, exceptions, data mappings, and integrations
• Create telecom-specific test cases and support UAT
• Coordinate with customer business, operations, and IT teams
• Support pilot rollout and production deployment

Required experience

• 8–15 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Hands-on experience in at least two areas such as OSS/BSS, customer care, billing, order management, service activation, NOC, service assurance or field operations.
• Experience working on telecom transformation or software implementation projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience preparing functional documents, process maps, test cases and UAT plans.
