Business Analyst Trainee (with German)

This is a trainee position suitable for passionate professionals who want to work for a leading European Insurance Group on a very flexible work schedule.

You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.

Contract Duration : 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Schedule : Part-time (4 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Your responsabilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in PI Planning and creates Iteration plans and Team PI Objectives
• Develop and commit to Team PI Objectives and iteration goals
• Conduct research, design, prototyping, and other exploration activities
• Continuously improve the team’s process; participate in the Inspect and Adapt workshops
• Participate in Team and Program events as defined within the SAFe framework
• Perform work in small batches with fast feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Align respective Functional Analysis / Configuration along the business processes in collaboration with the Business Architect or other team members
• Support testing activities and review outputs.

Required skills:

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT, economics or other relevant studies
• Capable of analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Constantly driven for improvement
• Active involvement in team activities/decisions
• Agile mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
