Business Analyst - Training & Go-Live Support

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Training & Go-Live Support) for our automotive client.

Work arrangement: Monday to Friday with scheduled Saturdays (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract/Project Based

Office location: Assigned dealer or service center

Responsibilities:

Training

• Support business and dealer users during training from a functional perspective
• Clarify expected system behavior and business rules
• Capture user feedback relevant to training, rollout, and adoption (not system design changes)
• Execute end-user and train-the-trainer sessions (remote / on-site as required)
• Refine rollout plans based on actual user readiness and feedback
• Prepare dealers and service centers for go-live participation

Go Live

• Support dealers and service centers during go-live from a functional and process standpoint
• Act as first-line functional support (guidance, explanation, clarification)
• Assist users in navigating the new system and processes
• Collect and consolidate implementation feedback and adoption issues
• Support stabilization by identifying common usage issues and misconceptions
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to dealer training PIC or internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• With experience in business analysis, user training, system implementation, or functional support.
• Experience conducting end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, or system orientation.
• Knowledge of business processes, system workflows, and business rules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to assist users in navigating new systems and resolving basic functional or process-related concerns.
• Experience gathering user feedback, documenting issues, and identifying adoption challenges.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to conduct onsite training and provide go-live support to dealers and service centers as required.
• Experience in system implementation, rollout, user acceptance testing (UAT), or change management.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
