As we continue to modernise our network and transform how critical asset data is managed across the business, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transmission Data Transformation Program.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation program focused on improving the quality, governance and usability of asset management data. Working closely with business leaders, technical teams and operational stakeholders, you'll help ensure data is trusted, accessible and able to support better decision-making across the organisation.

What you will be doing in this role:

You'll partner with stakeholders across Transmission Asset Management, Group Asset Management and Network Operations to:

• Gather, analyse and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements, business cases and recommendations.
• Support testing, pilot activities, training and transition planning.
• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Help drive successful business change and adoption.
• Support delivery activities through implementation, service transition and hypercare.

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from Business Analysts who bring:

• Experience working in complex transformation programs, consulting environments or the energy sector.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• The ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting testing, business change and operational readiness activities.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Exposure to asset-intensive industries, asset management, EAM or SAP environments will be highly regarded
