Business Analyst ( UI/ITB/UGM IPK MIN 3,5 )

About the role
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals from reputable institutions (UI, ITB, or UGM) with a minimum GPA of 3.5, who are eager to launch their careers in business analysis and systems design.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across various departments to inform system design and implementation
• Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technological solutions
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications and process flow diagrams that guide development teams
• Collaborate with IT teams, system developers and business users to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives and user expectations
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and track key performance indicators
• Participate in system testing activities and provide recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback
• Support the implementation of new systems and provide training documentation to end-users
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify areas for optimisation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Fresh Graduate or max 2 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field from UI (Universitas Indonesia), ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung), or UGM (Universitas Gadjah Mada) with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges into manageable components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data flow diagrams, and requirements documentation
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Office applications and database concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Preferred experience with business intelligence tools, SQL databases, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Preferred knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments
