As a Business Analyst , you will support software development and process transformation initiatives across accounting, audit, tax, fund administration and internal operations. Working closely with the Technology Director, project leaders and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective software and data-driven solutions, optimize workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.

Let’s explore some of the key responsibilities of the position:

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyse and redesign end-to-end accounting, audit, tax, fund administration and internal processes, identifying control gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, process observation and document review; prepare process maps, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and traceability records.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, assess solution viability, and quantify expected benefits, risks and implementation effort.

Odoo, AI & System Implementation

• Configure, enhance and support Odoo modules and workflows, including Accounting, Invoicing, Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Documents, Approvals, CRM and relevant custom modules.
• Work with developers and implementation partners on data models, business rules, access controls, integrations, reports and customizations.
• Design and develop AI agents for accounting and audit use cases, including document extraction, reconciliation, accounting-entry preparation, audit evidence review, knowledge search and workflow assistance.
• Build agent workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Azure AI, ChatGPT or Claude, with appropriate human review and governance controls.

Testing, Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• Plan and execute system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing, manage defects and validate delivered solutions against approved requirements.
• Support data migration, cleansing, master-data design, API/integration requirements and output validation across Odoo, Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs and training materials; conduct training and provide post-implementation support.
• Manage project plans, priorities, dependencies, vendors, risks, issues and progress reporting, working closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, reusable solution standards, secure data handling and responsible AI practices.

Essential requirements and skills . Your path to success .

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, application management or related areas.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure AI or comparable agent platforms.
• Intermediate level of English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong logical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Highly Desirable

• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with Odoo implementation, business process transformation or AI automation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, developers or external implementation partners.
