At act digital , we are recruiting a bilingual ( French C1 & English C1 ) Senior Business Analyst / MOA to join our client's captive tech hub in Lisbon, dedicated to the high-impact KLOS perimeter .

🌟 What you will do:

• Business Analysis & Scoping (BUILD): Drive requirement analysis, define functional specifications, and ensure strong maîtrise d’ouvrage (MOA) for new project evolutions and features.
• Operational Continuity & Support (RUN): Oversee user support, facilitate incident management, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate application maintenance.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute functional validation and non-regression test campaigns, managing acceptance testing processes from start to finish.
• User Communication & Change Management: Act as the trusted operational liaison for business users ( Métier ), providing clear communication and functional assistance.
• Agile Orchestration: Actively collaborate and deliver within both Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Seniority & Experience: Experienced or Senior Business Analyst / MOA consultant with proven track record in dual BUILD and RUN environments.
• Core Competencies: Strong mastery of Requirement Analysis (Level 3) , functional specification drafting, and user assistance.
• Testing & Incident Handling: Solid experience in Acceptance Test Processes , non-regression testing, and incident/maintenance tracking.
• Methodologies: Strong working experience with Agile - Scrum and Agile - Kanban (Level 3).
• Languages (Mandatory): Fluent French (C1 level) AND Fluent English (C1 level) for executive business interactions.
