Position: Business Analyst (with Data Analytics experience)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1-2x onsite / Work Schedule: Morning Shift 8:00AM - 5:00PM M-F

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in IT or business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis with background in reports/data analytics
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Ability to understand and validate technical specifications, data requirements, and business calculations to ensure solution alignment with operational needs.
• Knowledgeable in utility business processes, preferably in the Water Services industry, including customer operations, billing, metering, and related business
• Proficient in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), user stories, process flows, use cases, and other project
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Skilled in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, calculation, methodologies, report logic, formulas, and function

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quezon City
